 March 5, 2004: Sisters together with all the pupils and teachers celebrated the Thanksgiving Mass for the canonization of the Padre at 9:30 am. with Fr. Philip Goles, RCJ as the presider. Before the Mass, we had the procession and the floral offering to the Padre. The community has also decided to incorporate in our Lenten journey the spirit of our founder by taking some of exhortations on holiness & conversion as our Short Reading Reflection during suppertime so as to keep interiorly this joyful event of the canonization. March 6, 2005: Our vocation promoters are starting to circularize in the parishes of Antipolo diocese the simple hand made (unofficial) poster about the event of the canonization and the old comics we have. Sr. Imelda, fdz ,at the same has started since two weeks ago, the orientation to our workers about the life of our Padre and our existence too. On the one hand, one diocesan priest, Fr. Gerald Metal (former Rogationist) has eagerly initiated this day [March 7, 2004] to broadcast the information about the canonization over Radio Veritas at 10:00-11:00, where he regularly hosted the program “Lakbay-buhay” (Journey of life). Also, he intends to invite us one Sunday to talk on the process of the Padre’s Sainthood. |
